Event Description:
Join us for a great total body workout! Nothing but hard work in this class. You will focus on testing your strength and muscular endurance and pushing yourself through a wide variety of exercises and movements. Bringing a towel and a water bottle is highly recommended. This class is for all fitness levels but will give even the most seasoned fitness veterans a challenge! FREE to all students and members of the Student Activities Center (SAC). Are you a Clayton State Faculty/Staff member or member of the community but not a member? Join the SAC today OR faculty and staff members can visit the SAC membership desk to purchase a group fitness punch pass (5 classes for only $25.00). Check out the full group fitness schedule today!
