Event Description:
Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing Latin and world rhythms with low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. You'll get a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class! FREE to all students and members of the Student Activities Center (SAC). Are you a Clayton State Faculty/Staff member or member of the community but not a member?
